+ Are you estate agents?
No, definitely not, London rooms will be your Landlord during your stay, essentially we take on the landlords property and provide accommodation on a room to room basis to corporate and professional tenants.
+ What is provided in the rooms?
It varies, In general we provide a Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. The duvets and pillows are not provided, its up to the tenant to dress the bed to their own requirements.
+ How is rent paid?
You pay rent monthly by direct bank transfer or standing order from your UK bank account. If the payments come from an oversees account, we strongly suggest to use TRANSFERWISE (www.transferwise.com) which will make the sending of foreign money easy and quick, to avoid delaying your move in.
We also accept Cash payments at our office.
+ How is my security deposit protected?
We register all of our tenants deposits with DPS (deposit protection service).
+ Is London Rooms part of any Redress Scheme?
Yes, as it is legally requiered for any organisation involved in the property industry in the UK London rooms is part of the PRS (property redress scheme)
+ What is included in the rent?
All the main bills are included such as: Council Tax, Electricity, Gas and Water. We also provide free WIFI internet in every property.
+ Who is responsible for cleaning?
At London Rooms we have a simple rule for this, whoever lives in the property has to clean after themselves, however as courtesy we provide a cleaner once a month to keep the communal areas always looking sharp.
+ Whom do I contact if something needs to be fixed or repaired at the property?
There is a very simple and straight forward repairs and maintenance procedure available 24/7 to which our dedicated property management team will attend during our office opening hours.

+ Is there any fees involved when renting with London Rooms?
With London rooms no fees are charged
The following fees could also be applied if the contract is breached or early terminated under extenuating circumstances:

-Cleaning fee £100
-Late checkout fee £50 + rent until keys are returned
-Unauthorised guest fee £100
